The Amazon jungle is everything we imagine as children and more. The majority of it remains largely intact despite of human efforts to downsize it. What we offer in the jungle is perhaps one of the most authentic experiences in Peru, where you stay in an eco-lodge 50 minutes away by boat from Iquitos city hidden in the jungle’s dense vegetation, and sitting on the banks of the Amazon River. In one of the excursions, you can interact with various species of monkeys at Monkey Island, and learn about animal rescue and shelter efforts being carried out throughout the region them and the amazing work to rescue monkeys at risk; you will stop in different parts of the jungle to continue learning about its flora and fauna, trek, swim and spot pink dolphins! You will also visit a local tribe that continues living the way their ancestors taught them: in harmony with nature, among many other adventure-full activities.
